“The Harrisons repeatedly promised to repay Meritz $4.2 million in premiums, while Devon Harrison acknowledged in an internal email that they lacked the funds and would ‘surely’ be punished for their lies,” she said. “The Harrisons’ house of cards ultimately fell.”
