Kara E. Shea to Present at BLR’s Reopening the Workplace Virtual Conference

Butler Snow attorney Kara E. Shea is set to present at BLR’s Reopening the Workplace Virtual Conference on Wednesday, May 20 from 1:15 to 2:15 CST. Her presentation, titled “Health, Privacy and Employer Liability Issues,” will cover employer best practices to slow/eliminate spread of viruses in the workplace such as temperature checks, screening for symptoms and or/testing for COVID-19. Kara serves as practice group leader of Butler Snow’s labor and employment group and concentrates her practice on employment counseling and employment litigation. She has extensive trial and appellate experience and regularly counsels clients in the financial services, health care and home health industries on employment law compliance.
