Melody McAnally to Moderate Panel at ABA TIPS Cyber Conference

Butler Snow attorney Melody McAnally will moderate a panel at the ABA TIPS Cybersecurity Conference titled “Managing Risk at the Intersection of Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Business,” on Thursday, March 5 in Atlanta. The panel, titled “Securing the Road to Autonomy: Full Speed Ahead,” will feature speakers from Toyota, Hyundai, Travelers and Grant Thornton discussing autonomous vehicles and how the automotive and insurance industries are addressing cybersecurity. The program is sponsored by the ABA TIPS Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee, of which Melody is a member.

Melody is Co-Team Leader of Butler Snow’s Data Security and Privacy Team and focuses her practice on data privacy and security and commercial litigation. She regularly advises businesses on privacy and data security issues, including responding to data breaches, development and implementation of information security and incident response plans, data breach liability, best practices for corporate governance of information security, cyber insurance policies, coverage, endorsements and exclusions, and privacy policies and procedures.
