Butler Snow attorney Michael J. Busada presented at the Louisiana School Boards Association’s Fall 2019 Trailblazers Professional Development event on Friday, November 8 in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Busada spoke on bond issues to attendees. The association is a non-profit entity created in 1947 with the purpose of providing leadership, service and support for the 69 elected school boards across the state.
Busada is a member of the firm’s business department and practices within the public finance, tax incentives and credit markets group. He focuses his practice on public finance, economic development and administrative law.
Busada is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association and the Committee of 100 of Louisiana. He received his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
