Sean McGuinness to Participate in Panel at IMGL Masterclass® at G2E

Butler Snow attorney Sean M. McGuinness will serve as a panelist at the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) Masterclass® at G2E in Las Vegas on Monday, October 14. McGuinness will provide expertise during the “Conflicting Ethics” panel alongside other gaming law experts. The panel will address two key areas: 1) how to handle the obligation of honest disclosure under gaming regulations and the obligation of confidentiality under the Rules of Professional Conduct and 2) the pitfalls of representing the organization. The IMGL Masterclass® offers one-of-a-kind education and discussion on the most important and cutting-edge topics of gaming law and regulation.

Sean is a member of the firm’s gaming industry team and focuses his practice primarily on commercial gaming matters in Colorado, Iowa, Nevada and Mississippi, and tribal gaming matters. He also has experience with gaming bankruptcy matters. He received his bachelor’s, master’s and Juris Doctor degrees from Drake University.
