Kenyatta L. Gardner has been invited to participate in State Farm’s inaugural Rising Stars Academy October 16-18 at the company’s corporate headquarters in Bloomington, Ill. Kenny is one of only 12 that have been selected to participate.
State Farm is committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession by providing meaningful opportunities for those to compete for and attain the best client work. The success of diverse attorneys attracts others into the profession, thereby making the profession more representative of the population it serves. To that end, the academy will expose participants to State Farm’s culture, leadership skills and business acumen.
Kenny is a member of the firm’s litigation department and practices within the tort, transportation and specialized litigation group. He is a zealous advocate for his clients from pre-suit advising through the appellate process.
Kenny is a member of the American, South Carolina and Charleston County Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the College of Charleston and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law.
