Ryan J. O’Beirne will serve as chair of The Mississippi Bar’s Gaming Law Section for the 2019-2020 year.
The Section’s purpose is to keep its members abreast of the latest developments in a variety of gaming law areas and to work with the Mississippi Gaming Commission and the Mississippi Legislature on relevant statutes and regulations. The section also provides members the opportunity to exchange ideas, approaches and experiences related to gaming law.
Ryan focuses his practice on representing privately held businesses in sales and acquisitions, formation and business planning and operations. He also regularly represents casino operators, gaming equipment manufacturers and investors on various licensing and compliance matters before the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
