David L. Johnson and Richelle W. Kidder to Speak at the Tennessee Bar Association’s 2019 Federal Practice Forum

David L. Johnson and Richelle W. Kidder will speak at the Tennessee Bar Association’s 2019 Federal Practice Forum on July 18. The forum will be held at the Tennessee Bar Center in Nashville, Tenn.

David and Richelle will lead a discussion titled “Federal Civil Procedure Developments: Hot Topics in Removal.”

David serves as practice group leader of the firm’s labor and employment group. He is a member of the appellate and written advocacy group and the intellectual property group, and focuses his practice on business and employment litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, as well as employment compliance, counseling and training.

David regularly speaks on employment-related topics such as covenants not to compete, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and workplace harassment. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. David received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Richelle is a member of the firm’s pharmaceutical, medical device and health care group. She focuses her practice on legal research and writing, and she prepares motions at every stage of trial proceedings in state and federal courts.

Richelle is a member of the Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations.  She received her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Houston.
