Dan H. Elrod Named to Nashville Post’s 2019 Health Care In Charge List

Butler Snow is pleased to announce Dan H. Elrod has been named to the Nashville Post’s Health Care In Charge list.

Each year, the Nashville Post compiles a list of top business, political and civic leaders throughout Middle Tennessee who have made an impact on the community. The 2019 list features more than 500 leaders among 19 sectors including arts, music, manufacturing, technology, real estate, sports and legal.

Dan is a member of the firm’s health care regulatory and transactions practice group. He focuses his practice on representing Tennessee hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies and other providers on certificate of need, licensing, certification and transactional matters.

Dan has been recognized by Best Lawyers® for administrative/regulatory law, government relations practice, insurance law and health care law, by Super Lawyers® for health care, by Chambers USA for health care: regulatory (Tennessee) and by Martindale-Hubbell® with an AV-Preeminent Peer Review rating. Dan is a fellow of the American Bar and Nashville Bar Foundations and a member of the American Bar Association. He received his bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University.

This year’s honorees were recognized at a cocktail reception on March 6 at the Tennessee State Museum.
