Butler Snow LLP said Wednesday it has appointed a bankruptcy and transactions attorney who currently heads its business department as its next chair.
Chris Maddux will succeed Donald Clark Jr., who has been chair of the Mississippi-based firm since 2006, in January. Maddux joined the firm in 2010 and has since served on its executive and equity committees. He became the business department chair in 2016.
