Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Chad R. Hutchinson has been named the 2018 Attorney of the Year by Medmarc.
Medmarc, an insurer of pharmaceutical, medical device, and life science product manufacturers and distributors, selects one attorney annually for this award in recognition of his/her superior legal representation of its member companies. The selection is made after a rigorous nomination, balloting and feedback process, which includes input from Medmarc’s management, claims staff and clients.
Chad focuses his practice on pharmaceutical, medical device and health care litigation and has spent the majority of his career defending clients in this industry. He has tried cases successfully to verdict and assisted trial teams for pharmaceutical and medical device cases in various jurisdictions across the country. Chad is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was recently named to The Best Lawyers in America® listing for personal injury litigation.
Chad received both his undergraduate degree and master’s of taxation from the University of Mississippi. He earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law. Prior to his legal career, Chad worked as a CPA with an international accounting firm.
