Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC (Butler Snow) is pleased to announce that Brian C. Kimball has joined the firm’s Ridgeland office.
Kimball is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

Kimball’s experience includes successfully representing clients against federal agencies and litigating disputes concerning a wide variety of specialized areas including government contracts and bid protests, securities law, construction law, environmental law, telecommunications and ERISA.
Kimball received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi before continuing on to earn his Master’s in Public Accounting and Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi.
Kimball has been recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star for General Litigation and in Corporate Counsel as a 2013 Top-Rated Lawyer in Commercial Litigation. He is also AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
