Butler Snow Selected as Business of the Year by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce

Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC (Butler Snow) has been selected as Business of the Year by the Madison County Chamber of Commerce as a part of its “Best of Madison County” Awards Program. The winners of the seven different categories were announced at the “Best of Madison County” Annual Event & Awards Program on Tuesday, Oct. 30 at Plantation Commons in Madison.

“We really appreciate this recognition, and thank the Chamber and others who helped select our firm,” said Donald Clark, Jr., Chairman, Butler Snow.

The Madison County Chamber of Commerce welcomed nominations from the public, and then compiled the entries to create an email survey. In 15 days, more than 1,650 votes were submitted.

The nomination criteria for the Business of the Year award were the following: must have been in business in Madison County for the past five years; demonstrated commitment to social responsibility and exemplified strong community involvement; established noticeable customer satisfaction, loyalty and “buzz” in the community; demonstrated excellence in development, innovation and overall solid business practices and held active involvement and support for business growth and development in Madison County. The award recipients from all seven categories have taken initiative in advancing the success of Madison County through their professional contributions, civic and social involvement and leadership. The other five businesses nominated in addition to Butler Snow were Adams & Reese; Eubank, Betts, Hirn & Wood, PLLC; Lightheart Sanders &Associates; McGraw Gotta Go and MS Technology Alliance.
