Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC (Butler Snow), is pleased to announce that Christopher S. Berdy has joined the Birmingham, Ala. office.
Berdy joins Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation and Product Liability Groups. His practice will focus on complex business and commercial disputes, business torts, product liability defense and personal injury defense.

Berdy is an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA), the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and has chaired several committees for the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). Berdy earned a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 1996 where he was the articles editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the Cordell Hull Legal Research and Writing Teaching Fellow. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Environmental Studies from Washington and Lee in 1991.
