Griffin, Chairman, Butler Snow Diversity Committee and Attorney in Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation Group.”I am deeply honored to partner with JTBF for this worthy endeavor because it helps aspiring attorneys make their dreams become a reality.”
At Butler Snow, JTBF students participated in a mock negotiation course, including a contract negotiation scenario designed to teach students effective problem solving techniques and professional decorum.Additionally, Butler Snow hosted a reception for the students allowing them to practice their networking skills with attorneys and to ask questions about the legal field.
Piney Woods School hosted JTBF from March 27-29, 2012, continuing its partnership with Butler Snow in the Lawyers in Residence Program. During the program, students are taught how to build critical thinking and legal reasoning skills, learn about careers in the legal field, meet attorneys and law students and work on oral argument and negotiation skills.
