Overview

Reave is a member of Butler Snow’s Labor and Employment Group. He represents employers in a range of labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on wage and hour litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act. He has defended clients in FLSA collective and class actions and has experience litigating employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under Title VII.

Reave also assists employers with responses to charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and advises clients on workplace issues, including employee terminations, reductions in force, and related litigation risk. His practice also includes complex commercial litigation, allowing him to assist clients in disputes involving employment, business, and contractual issues.
