Overview

Noor is a member of Butler Snow’s Labor and Employment group. She represents employers and other organizations in labor and employment litigation, counseling, and compliance matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, restrictive covenant matters, workplace investigations, and other workplace disputes. She has defended clients in FLSA collective and class actions and has experience litigating employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under Title VII.

She also counsels clients on day-to-day employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, FLSA issues, workplace investigations, employment policies, restrictive covenants, and other personnel matters.

In addition to her Labor and Employment practice, Noor advises clients on data privacy matters, including website compliance and privacy policies.
