Prior to joining the firm, Neal served as Political Director during the re-election campaign of the 65th Governor of the State of Mississippi, Governor Tate Reeves. He oversaw the entire grassroots campaign operation and field staff. Previously, Neal served as Legislative Liaison in the official Office of Governor Tate Reeves where he helped influence policy on behalf of the Governor in the Mississippi House of Representatives and State Senate. A Vicksburg, Mississippi native, Neal is no stranger to Mississippi politics. He has worked on multiple state and federal campaigns and served as the Political and Fundraising Director for the Mississippi Republican Party under the leadership of Chairman Frank Bordeaux. Neal is well-versed in the legislative process, policymaking, and relationship-building.
