  • Financings include general obligation bonds, user fee revenue bonds, excise tax revenue bonds, certificates of participation, lease transactions, tax increment financings and private activity bonds.
  • Clients include governmental entities such as municipalities, counties, special districts, school districts, transportation agencies, urban renewal authorities, and downtown development authorities as well as non-profit corporations and underwriters.
  • Previous experience working for the City Attorney’s Offices of Boulder, Denver, and Fort Collins.
  • Previous experience working for the Colorado Municipal League.
  • Previously taught local government law at the University of Colorado Law School.
