Kenneth focuses his practice on representing state and county correction’s agencies and vendors supporting correction’s agencies in federal, state, and administrative actions. Additionally, Kenneth has experience representing clients involved in gaming law matters and banks in federal and state litigation.

About

Kenneth previously served as General Counsel for the Florida Department of Corrections, where he served on the executive leadership team assisting in crisis management, emergency preparedness, and critical decisions impacting all aspects of the third-largest state correctional agency in the country. Kenneth managed all litigation, including actions in administrative, state, and federal courts for tort claims, civil rights claims, injunctive claims, employment actions, constitutional claims, contract and procurement disputes, and property disputes.

Kenneth worked as Special Counsel for a national law firm in gaming law, banking law, commercial litigation, election law, and governmental affairs. Kenneth began his legal career as Special Assistant Attorney General in the Alabama Attorney General’s Office. Prior to that, he served in the United States Army.

Kenneth obtained his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
