Overview

Kennedy Gerard is an associate in Butler Snow’s Tort, Transportation, and Specialized Litigation group. Kennedy represents and assists in the defense of trucking companies, insurers, and third-party administrators in transportation and commercial litigation matters.

 

Kennedy works with litigation teams through all phases of a case, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and successfully arguing dispositive motions, and participating in mediations that have resulted in favorable resolutions for clients.

 

Kennedy’s practice is focused primarily on trucking and transportation matters, working with motor carriers directly and in coordination with insurance carriers and third-party administrators in state and federal courts.
