- Represented the heir of a billionaire family in IRS compliance and disclosure programs, then subsequently assisted the client with relinquishing his U.S. green card.
- Represented a Chinese billionaire with U.S. person heirs with respect to his estate plans.
- Assisted numerous clients with structuring foreign grantor trusts, whether governed under U.S. laws or governed under non-U.S. laws.
- Assisted numerous clients with structuring trusts, including U.S. domestic trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, and pre-immigration trusts.
