Experience
- Prior to joining Butler Snow, he served as Assistant Deputy Solicitor General in the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, where he led appellate and civil litigation efforts, drafted briefs, presented oral arguments, and advised state officials on significant legal and policy matters. He has also reviewed and drafted amicus briefs for multi-state litigation and served as counsel of record for claims under the Administrative Procedure Act.
- In law school, Ben was a law clerk to the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Government Oversight & Reform, a law clerk to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and a law clerk for Governor Henry McMaster.
