Sosland is a member of Butler Snow’s Finance, Real Estate & Restructuring Group, where he focuses his practice on public finance and bankruptcy and restructuring issues. He also has vast experience in business reorganizations, debtor and creditors’ rights, refinancing, and acquisitions of troubled companies.

Rosenblatt, who previously served as chairman of Butler Snow, is Of Counsel and a member of the firm’s Finance, Real Estate & Restructuring Group, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy, business restructuring and commercial litigation. He has a wealth of experience serving as debtor’s counsel in Chapter 11 cases and is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.

Rosenblatt is AV-Preeminent Review Peer Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and has been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America® and Super Lawyers®. He was previously recognized by Lawdragon 500 in the 2020 and 2022 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyer lists.
