Butler Snow attorney Eric Hudson will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association’s 2026 Class Actions National Institute, taking place October 29-30 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Hudson will participate in the panel, “From Agreement to Approval: Navigating Judicial Scrutiny, AI, and Disclosure in a World Demanding Transparency.” The discussion will examine heightened judicial scrutiny of class action settlements, including claims administration, vendor selection, AI-driven tools, data integrity and evolving expectations around disclosure. Panelists will offer practical guidance for anticipating potential concerns, supporting settlement design decisions, and navigating the approval process.

The annual institute, which brings together leading litigators, in-house counsel, professors and judges to discuss recent developments in class action law, Supreme Court rulings, trial techniques and best practices for litigating and resolving class actions, provides attendees with practical insight into developments shaping class action litigation and strategies they can apply in their own practices.
