Butler Snow’s Bradish J. Waring Recognized By South Carolina Super Lawyers

Super Lawyers has recognized Butler Snow attorney Bradish “Brad” J. Waring in its 2023 edition of South Carolina Super Lawyers. Waring has been listed yearly since 2008 and appears this year on the following lists: Top 10: Charleston Super Lawyers and Top 25: South Carolina Super Lawyers.

Waring primarily practices within the Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation group. His legal practice is concentrated in the civil arena at the state and federal levels where he represents a variety of clients in complex litigation matters. He is also frequently asked by his peers to serve as mediator or arbitrator in civil matters of various types.

Waring earned his Undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of South Carolina and serves as a Board Member of the Law Alumni Council. Waring is a Past President of the South Carolina Bar, a Legacy Donor of the South Carolina Bar Foundation, was the State Bar Delegate for South Carolina for the American Bar Association and is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the South Carolina Judicial Council, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association, the Southeast Admiralty Law Institute, the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Litigation Counsel of America Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute. Waring was recently reappointed to the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Chief Justice’s Commission on The Profession.
