Butler Snow LLP is pleased to announce the firm has signed a lease for a new office space at Front Row, Huntsville’s highly anticipated mixed-use development located in the heart of the city’s growing downtown district. Butler Snow’s new office is expected to open in 2027.
The firm’s new space will be located within the first phase of Front Row, a transformative $220 million mixed-use destination that will feature residential, retail, restaurant, hospitality-inspired gathering spaces, and class-A office components adjacent to the expanding Von Braun Center.
“We are excited to be part of the continued growth and momentum in downtown Huntsville,” said Christopher R. Maddux, chair of Butler Snow LLP. “Huntsville has established itself as one of the Southeast’s leading centers for business, technology and innovation. Front Row reflects the kind of modern, forward-thinking development that complements our collaborative culture and reinforces our long-term investment in the region. The new office space will create an outstanding experience for our clients and attorneys alike.”
Front Row is designed as a walkable, connected destination featuring thoughtfully curated office, residential, retail, dining, entertainment, and public gathering spaces. Located across from the Von Braun Center, the development is positioned near several of Huntsville’s major growth initiatives, including the Riverwalk and the planned Skybridge connection to the Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment district.
“We are thrilled to welcome Butler Snow to Front Row and to continue building a dynamic destination in the heart of downtown Huntsville,” said Mitchell Rutter, CEO of Essex Capital. “Their investment in the project reflects the continued strength and growth of the Huntsville market.”
Butler Snow’s Huntsville office relocation reflects the firm’s continued investment in Alabama and its commitment to serving clients throughout the region from modern, collaborative office environments designed to support growth and innovation.
