Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Kenny Gardner, an attorney in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina, office, has been selected as a 2026 SCBIZ Emerging Leaders Under 40 honoree.
The statewide recognition program honors exceptional young professionals who are driving business success, innovation, and meaningful community impact across South Carolina. SCBIZ selected 100 professionals for its inaugural Emerging Leaders Under 40 class, recognizing individuals under 40 for their professional achievements, leadership, and civic involvement throughout the state. Honorees will be recognized at an awards celebration on October 20 in Columbia, South Carolina.
Kenny Gardner
Kenny practices in Butler Snow’s Liability & Risk Litigation Group, where he represents clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. His experience includes commercial litigation, transportation and trucking litigation, premises liability, insurance-related disputes, and medical device litigation.
In addition to his legal practice, Kenny is an active leader in the Charleston community. He is a member of the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court and is a graduate of Leadership Charleston, the South Carolina Leadership Academy, and the Riley Institute Diversity Leadership Initiative.
Kenny has received numerous professional honors throughout his career, including recognition in The Best Lawyers in America® and Charleston Business Magazine’s Legal Elite. He also received the College of Charleston Honors College Distinguished Alumni Award in 2021.
