Maggie is a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation group. Prior to joining Butler Snow, Maggie served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Diane K. Vescovo, Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the Honorable Bernice B. Donald, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  Maggie handles a wide variety of litigation-related disputes in both state and federal courts, including contract disputes, business torts, insurance claims and coverage issues, non-compete agreements, and employment disputes.
