Geoffrey represents owners, developers, and operators of commercial real estate and multi-unit businesses in a broad range of transactional matters. His practice focuses on the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial real estate, along with mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and ongoing corporate counseling.

He regularly advises clients operating across multiple locations and jurisdictions, including those in the multifamily, self-storage, and restaurant sectors. Geoffrey works closely with business owners and operators to structure and execute transactions that support growth and capital deployment, and frequently serves as outside counsel across the full business lifecycle—from expansion and capital deployment to strategic transactions and restructurings.

  • Advises multi-unit restaurant operators in site acquisitions, leasing, financing, and ongoing corporate matters across regional and national portfolios
  • Represents commercial real estate owners and operating businesses in structuring and negotiating loan facilities and capital arrangements
  • Advises clients on the formation and structuring of entities for multi-state real estate and operating platforms
  • Represents buyers and sellers in middle-market mergers and acquisitions, including asset and equity transactions across a range of industries
  • Counsels borrowers in commercial real estate and business financings, including acquisition loans, construction loans, refinancings, and portfolio-level facilities
  • Advises clients in workouts and consensual restructurings, including loan modifications and negotiated resolutions with lenders
