  • Obtained a $22.2 million jury verdict in federal court on behalf of the largest dental practice in Middle Tennessee against a national dental insurance company related to violations of the First Amendment.
  • Represented the nation’s largest private corrections company and local governments in lawsuits involving civil rights, general negligence, and medical malpractice claims.
  • Represented hospitals, physician practice groups, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice and personal injury lawsuits.
  • Represented companies and individuals in a variety of business and commercial matters involving claims of breach of contract, interference with business relationships, misappropriation of trade secrets, procurement of breach of contract, product liability, and unfair competition.
  • Represented companies and individuals in disputes involving restrictive covenants in business and employment contracts.
  • Represented companies and individuals in disputes involving the exclusion of dental providers and dental practice locations from the TennCare dental provider network and involving claims for reimbursement for emergency medical treatment provided to TennCare recipients.
  • Represented companies and individuals at multiple levels of the state and federal court systems, including in jury trials and before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
