Andre is a member of Butler Snow’s litigation department and practices within the Commercial Litigation group. Andre focuses his practice on representing businesses and governmental entities with regard to contract disputes, employment litigation, internal investigations, education law, transportation litigation, premises liability and financial services litigation.  ​

  • Successfully defended school transportation company in a jury trial in transportation litigation where Plaintiffs sought in excess of $15 million in compensatory and punitive damages
  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of clients in a premises liability/wrongful death action where Plaintiff sought more than $10 million in damages; obtained affirmance of the trial court’s decision on appeal
  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of public school district in case in which a national health insurer sought to overturn a $24 million contract award
  • Obtained complete dismissal of claims against law firm in legal malpractice action in which the plaintiff sought $5 million in damages
