Alléna is a member of Butler Snow’s litigation department and practices within the Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation group. She focuses her practice on insurance defense and legal, medical and professional malpractice. ​

  • Represents insurance companies defending against personal injury claims, auto accident claims and premises liability claims.
  • Two-week jury trial defending a claim involving significant automobile accident with heavily-contested causation and damages issues, including severe orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injury, and cognitive and psychological deficits.  Navigated novel procedural concerns regarding COVID-19 precautions in jury trials.
  • Represented manufacturing company in premises liability, auto claims and indemnity disputes.
  • Secured summary judgment for insurance client based on the application of the Louisiana Construction Anti-Indemnity Statute.
