Butler Snow attorney Margaret H. Loveman has been recognized as a NextGen Rising Star of Law by the Birmingham Business Journal. The awards honor up-and-coming individuals in the legal world who are under the age of 40. Honorees are selected based on contributions to their law firm, tangible results in their practice area and involvement in the community.
Loveman is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment and Commercial Litigation practice groups. She sits on the Board of Directors for Volunteer Lawyers Birmingham and serves on the Board of Editors for the Alabama Lawyer magazine. Loveman has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® and Super Lawyers® and is co-editor of the firm’s Labor and Employment blog.
Loveman earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law. She is admitted to the Alabama State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for all Districts of Alabama and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
