Michael manages the North Louisiana Office of Butler Snow LLP in Shreveport, Louisiana where he works in the area of public finance and economic development. His practice ranges from state and municipal bonds and obligations, to the full complement of techniques available to finance and/or refinance governmental as well as industrial/economic development projects, public educational institutions, public school systems, healthcare organizations, 501(c)3 organizations and other developments. Working with more than 50 attorneys practicing full-time in the firm’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group, he is part of one of the largest and most successful public finance practices in the country. A graduate of Louisiana State University, he completed his law degree at Loyola New Orleans College of Law.
