About
Allison’s practice focuses on the representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial loans; buyers, sellers, and developers in the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate projects; and landlords, and tenants in commercial leasing.
Allison grew up in Huntsville, Alabama before attending Birmingham Southern where she graduated with a degree in Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law where she served as an Associate Editor for the Cumberland Law Review.
