Machelle has 20+ years of experience in all aspects of compliance and ethics, privacy (HIPAA) and reimbursement support and strategy. Machelle has the unique experience of having served as a Federal Monitor team lead for a device company’s deferred prosecution agreement and as an executive VP/CCO for one of the world’s top 10 medical device companies. Machelle also serves as President of Butler Snow’s wholly owned regulatory affiliate, MRC/X.
