Valerie practices with the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group where she focuses on data privacy, business and commercial litigation, government investigations, and securities litigation. She holds a CIPP/US certification and advises clients on U.S. privacy laws and regulations, as well as the legal requirements for the responsible transfer of sensitive personal data.
