Overview

Robbie is a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation group. He is a litigation attorney with 19 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, trade secrets cases, contract disputes, medical malpractice, qui tam, fraud, and complex litigation, in state and federal courts and FINRA arbitration. Robbie’s experience covers all aspects of civil litigation including case screening and selection, development of case theories, pleading and motion practice, discovery, pretrial practice, trial, and appeal.
