  • Extensive experience with multiple types of financing transactions, including, but not limited to, syndicated lending, leveraged lending, real estate lending, healthcare lending, asset-based lending, and CMBS transactions.
  • Representation of developers, lenders and tax credit investors with respect to affordable housing transactions involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, HUD Financing, Community Block Development Grants, HOME loans, Tax-Exempt Bonds, and other forms of subsidized financing.
  • Representations of Lenders and Borrower in connection with workouts and the acquisition and disposition of distressed assets.
