After gaining experience with a large international law firm based in Silicon Valley and a Big Four accounting firm, Ng joins the team with five years of tax experience. He focuses his practice on international emerging technology and crypto companies, venture capital, tax structuring for founders and investors, and U.S.-outbound and inbound international tax issues. He is experienced in working in the Asia-Pacific’s budding technology and fund sectors, as well as navigating securities filings, including LPSAs, side letters, PPMs, mergers and acquisitions agreements, asset purchase agreements, SEC filings, subscription agreements, intercompany agreements and LLC operating agreements.
Ng earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley. He received the Fenwick Tax Award for making the highest tax grades among his graduating class.
