Rosenblatt is of counsel to the firm and a member of Butler Snow’s finance, real estate and restructuring group. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, business restructuring, workouts, and commercial litigation.

He also has vast experience in business reorganizations, debtor and creditors’ rights and refinancing and acquisitions of troubled companies.
