Burchfield is an experienced public finance and real estate development attorney. She provides counsel on various aspects of commercial real estate development and financing, including public finance, acquisitions and sales, and economic development relating to multi-family housing, senior living facilities, universities, and recreational and hotel developments.
Burchfield has been recognized as One to Watch by Best Lawyers in America® for Public Finance Law and Real Estate Law. She is licensed in both Mississippi and Alabama and is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Birmingham Bar Association.
