Butler Snow attorney Kyle R. Cummins has been honored in this year’s Best of the Bar by the Memphis Business Journal. The Best of the Bar recognizes professionals leading the local legal profession. Nominations are submitted by the public and honorees are chosen by the publication’s editorial team.
Cummins focuses his practice on all aspects of pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare litigation, including product liability litigation. From 2014-2015, he clerked for the Honorable S. Thomas Anderson of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Cummins has been recognized as Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch for his work in Health Care Law and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants. He is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Federalist Society, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Cummins earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Auburn University and obtained his J.D. from the University of Memphis.
