Butler Snow attorney Katelyn E. Marshall will speak to graduate students in the Healthcare Law and Ethics class at Lipscomb University on Saturday, Oct. 10. The class is part of the university’s Masters of Healthcare Administration program. Marshall will present on her role in drug and device litigation, as well as discuss her article in Pro Te: Solutio titled, “Walking the Line Between Marketing and Malfeasance.”
Marshall practices within the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Health Care Litigation group. She is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute and the Marion Griffin Chapter of the Lawyers’ Association for Women. Marshall completed her undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina and earned her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School.
