Dawn M. Campbell Selected for Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court

Butler Snow attorney Dawn M. Campbell has been selected to become an Associate in the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court in Memphis. The American Inns of Court is a highly selective association of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals from all levels and backgrounds who share a passion for professional excellence. Campbell is a member of Butler Snow’s Health Law practice group, bringing more than a decade of experience as a corporate revenue specialist at one of the largest hospital systems in the southeastern U.S. She focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory, operational and transactional matters with an emphasis in federal fraud and abuse matters that involve the federal Stark and Anti-Kickback laws and privacy and security concerns under HIPAA.

Campbell currently serves on the Memphis Bar Association’s Board of Directors, as well as the Health Law and Policy Liaison on the American Bar Association’s Health Care Facility Operations Interest Group, where she is responsible for assisting in the development and analysis of policy positions on proposed federal health care regulations and legislation. Campbell also is the founder of the Unity in Diversity Scholarship Banquet, the largest fundraiser for diversity scholarships at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. She earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis, where she was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review and graduated cum laude. Prior to joining Butler Snow, Campbell clerked for the Honorable Bernice Bouie Donald on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
