Butler Snow attorney David G. Mayhan has been named one of Law Week Colorado’s Top Litigators for 2020. The honor recognizes Colorado litigators making a difference both inside and outside the courtroom.
Law Week Colorado’s feature on David highlights his pro bono work, specifically his work on an asylum case in U.S. Immigration court in New Orleans for a Honduran mother and her minor son seeking asylum in the United States. The Butler Snow team assisting on the case included co-counsel Xan Ingram Flowers, as well as summer associates Brooke Messina and Gabe Tucker, Butler Snow’s Pro Bono Counsel Patricia Gandy, attorney La'Toyia J. Slay and legal assistants Gloria Anzar and Brittany Williams. Giana Borroto, Esq. of the National Immigrant Justice Center also provided guidance that helped secure a victory.
