Derek S. Rajavuori has joined Butler Snow’s Atlanta office, and will practice with the firm’s product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation group.
Prior to joining Butler Snow, Rajavuori served as a staff attorney in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He also completed a clerkship for the Honorable Debra Jacobson in the Minnesota Judicial Branch.

Rajavuori is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law.
