Shannon E. Hoffert will present at the first CLE course in a series presented by the Memphis Bar Association’s Health Law Section on Friday, September 20 from noon to 1 p.m. at the University of Memphis Law School. The initial course, titled “Healthcare Law 101 – Crash Course: Laws, Stakeholders and Big Issues,” will provide attendees with an overview of the applicable laws, rules, regulations and concepts that apply to healthcare law. Attorneys, regulatory and compliance professionals, healthcare providers, executives and law students interested in healthcare law are welcome and encouraged to attend.
