Butler Snow is pleased to announce David G. Mayhan will moderate a panel at Bisnow’s Denver State of the Market seminar on June 26. The seminar will focus on how real estate executives, tenants and local leaders can collaborate to embrace the city’s rapid growth and development while maintaining culture and uniqueness.
David will moderate a panel titled “Designing and Constructing Denver as a Placemaking Hub.”
David has been practicing law since 1985, and is a member of the firm’s tort, transportation and specialized litigation department. He focuses his practice on construction law, personal injury and product liability, insurance defense and coverage law and commercial litigation. During his career, he has achieved defense verdicts in construction and commercial law trials and arbitrations, prosecuted counterclaims related to construction defects and obtained summary judgement for third-party defendants in large complex defect claims. He has been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers® for personal injury – products: defense since 2008, by Best Lawyers® for mass tort litigation/class actions – defendants since 2015 and is AV-Preeminent Peer Review rated by Martindale Hubbell®.
David is a member of the American, Colorado and Minnesota Bar Associations, the Faculty of Federal Advocates, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the Colorado Catholic Lawyers Guild. He received his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa.
